ORDER : Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a Writ of Prohibition, prohibiting the first respondent herein the transfer proceedings through General Counseling for B.T. Assistant to be conducted by the second and third respondents herein scheduled on 29th and 30th May 2017 and 26th May 2017 respectively, to enforce the Final Order of this Hon'ble Court in W.P. (MD) No. 3523/2015 dated 07.07.2015. 1. There is no representation for the petitioner. 2. The petitioner in this writ petition has sought for issuance of a Writ of Prohibition to prohibit the first respondent from conducting the transfer proceedings through general counselling for B.T. Assistant to be conducted by the second and third respondents on 29th and 30th May, 2017 and 26th May, 2017, respectively. 3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has now become infructuous. 4. Since the dates of the transfer counselling is of the year 2017 which is challenged in this writ petition, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition as the same has now become infructuous. 5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
