PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents No.1, 3 & 4 to produce the body or person of Detenue namely M.Mohamed Abbas, S/o. Late Mohammed Zakkariya, aged about 45 years before this Court and set him at liberty. The learned Counsel appearng on behalf of the petitioner would submit that the cause raised for the purpose of institution of the present litigation become vanished. 2. Thus, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken. Consequently, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
