[PRAYER: Contempt Petition has been filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, pleased to punish the respondents for deliberately disobeying the order of this Court W.P.No.7426 of 2014 dated 30.11.2021.] The learned Standing Counsel for the respondents would submit that the respondents are conducting periodical inspection and maintaining the electricity switch board. 2. Regarding shifting of switch board, the petitioner has to submit an appropriate application by following the procedures as contemplated. Thus, the respondent have not committed any contempt wilfully. 3. Thus, the Contempt Petition stands closed. No costs.
