ORDER : Abdul Quddhose, J. PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents from 1 to 5 to count half of the service of the petitioner before his absorption on 09.07.2004 (01.12.1981 to 08.07.2004) along with the regular service from 09.07.2004 to 30.04.2016 in the qualifying service (Forest Guard) and send the revised pension proposal to the 6th respondent and to further direct the 6th respondent to sanction the eligible pension, family pension and all other terminal benefits within the time stipulated by this Court. Learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the court bundle. 2. In view of the same, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
