PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the second respondent in Notification dated 11.07.2017 in Advt. No.TNTEU/R/Registration Advt/2017/1702 and quash the same as illegal and direct the second respondent to issue fresh notification as per UGC Norms. There was no representation for the petitioner in the last hearing. The matter is listed under the caption “for dismissal” today. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner. It can now be inferred that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting this matter. 2.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed for Non- Prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
