ORDER : PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned notification in Notification No.09/2018 dated 03.05.2018 and the impugned Supplemental Notification in No.09A/2018 dated 23.05.2018 on the file of the third respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently for a direction, directing the respondents to regularise the services of the petitioners in the post of Agricultural Officer (Extension) within the time period stipulated by this Court. When these Writ Petitions are taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Counsel for the petitioners that subsequent to the filing of these writ petitions, subsequent notifications have been issued. 2. Since subsequent notifications have been issued, nothing survives for further adjudication in these Writ Petitions insofar as the first limb of the prayer sought for by the petitioners is concerned. 3. Insofar as the second limb of the prayer sought for by the petitioners in these Writ Petitions namely to regularize the services of the petitioners in the post of Agricultural Officer [Extension] is concerned, no prejudice would be caused to any of the parties if the petitioners are allowed to give a representation for the same to the first and second respondents. 4. Accordingly, a direction is issued to the first and second respondents to consider the representations of the petitioners once received, on merits and in accordance with law. 5. In the result, these Writ Petitions are disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
