ORDER : (Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the records relating to the detention of G.Pradheep, son of Ganesan, aged about 34 years, under Act 14 of 1982 vide detention order dated 25.06.2024 on the file of the second respondent made in proceedings in C.No.72/G/IS/2024, quash the same, consequently direct the respondents herein to produce the body and person of the petitioner's cousin brother by name G.Pradheep, son of Ganesan, aged about 34 years, who is lodged at Central Prison, Coimbatore Mr.E.Raj Thilak, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that the impugned detention order has already been revoked by the competent Authority. 2. Thus, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken and the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
