ORDER : S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J. PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the records relating to the detention of P.Prabhu @ Daber Prabhu, son of Palanisamy, aged about 44 years, under Act 14/1982 vide detention order dated 25.06.2024 on the file of the second respondent made in proceedings in C.No.73/G/IS/2024, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents herein to produce the body and person of the petitioner's cousin brother name P.Prabhu @ Daber Prabhu, son of Palanisamy, aged about 44 years, who is lodged at Central Prison, Coimbatore. Mr.E.Raj Thilak, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that the impugned detention order has already been revoked by the competent Authority. 2. Thus, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken and the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
