ORDER : P. Velmurugan, J. [PRAYER: Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act praying this Court to punish the Contemnors/Respondents 1 to 3 for their wilful disobedience of the order of this Court made in W.P.(MD) No.17432 of 2023, dated 29.11.2023.] The Contempt Petition is filed seeking to punish the Contemnors/Respondents 1 to 3 for their wilful disobedience of the order of this Court made in W.P(MD) No.17432 of 2023, dated 29.11.2023. 2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3. This Court while disposing of the above Writ Petition on 29.11.2023, observed that though this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ Petition, the petitioner may submit all the necessary documents along with say to the authorities concerned within a period of seven days from today. If the same is submitted, the authority may consider it on its own merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders thereafter. 4. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 2 to 4 would submit that the authorities have proceeded with the matter and that they have removed the encroachment. 5. In view of the above submission, the Contempt Petition is closed. No costs. Still the Petitioner is having any grievance, he is at liberty to work out his remedy before the appropriate forum, in the manner known to law, if so advised.
