ORDER : Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to re-employ the petitioner from 01.10.2018 to 31.05.2019 in the fourth respondent school namely Saraswathy Ambal Aided Primary School, Saraboji Rajapuram, Thanjavur-614210 with all salary, monetary and attendant benefits based upon the proposal submitted by the fourth respondent school dated 25.06.2018 and the petitioner's representation dated 18.07.2018 and 06.08.2018 and in the light of judgment passed by this Court in W.P. [MD] No. 13227 of 2011 dated 30.11.2011. 1. The prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has now become infructuous in view of the fact that the petitioner seeks for reemployment from 01.10.2018 to 31.05.2019, which period has already come to an end. 2. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
