ORDER : Prayer: Writ Appeal filed under Clause 15 of Letters Patent Act praying this Court to set aside the order of this Court made in W.P. (MD) No. 14469 of 2010, dated 21.3.2017. 1. The Writ Appeal is directed against the order of this Court made in W.P. (MD) No. 14469 of 2010, dated 21.3.2017. 2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Advocate General assisted by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the appellant would submit that in view of the resolution No. 101, dated 30.6.2010 the tax levied on the commercial buildings is reduced to 50% from 80% that was fixed as per the earlier resolution No. 133. 4. Recording the above said submission, the Writ Appeal is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
