ORDER : (Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to complete his further training period and to write examination to be conducted in October 2021 by Regional Directorate of Apprenticeship Training.) The prayer sought for by the petitioner in this Writ Petition has now become infructuous, since the examination which the petitioner wants to write pertains to October, 2021. 2. It is also represented by learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents that in the near future, the respondents do not desire to hold similar examinations as the one for which relief is sought for in this writ petition. The said statement made by the respondent Counsel, on instructions is recorded. 3. In view of the fact that the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous, since the examination pertains to October, 2021, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous, after recording the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents, on instructions that in the near future, the respondent is not desirous of holding a similar examination as to the one for which the petitioner is seeking a relief in this Writ Petition. There shall be no order as to costs.
