ORDER : (Abdul Quddhose, J.) : (Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Ka.No.U.Po.Civil/Peri/Ko Quarters/A.No.96/17, dated 05.06.2017, on the file of the fourth respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner for continuation in temporary service as the Maternity Assistant within the time stipulated by this Court.) This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order dated 05.06.2017 passed by the fourth respondent, calling upon the petitioner to vacate the staff quarters. 2. Admittedly, the petitioner has been terminated from service and only due to the said fact, the aforesaid impugned order came to be passed by the fourth respondent. Naturally, once the service has been terminated, the question of retaining the staff quarters does not arise. In view of the same, there is no merit in this Writ Petition. 3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
