ORDER : Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, by directing the respondents to grant parole for the petitioner's husband named M.Senthil Son of Muthusami (Convict No.7384), who is now under incarceration at Central Prison, Coimbatore, for a period of 30 days leave without escorting to attend the petitioner daughter's baby shower function and to sell his father's property based on the petitioner's representation dated 09.07.2024. (Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) Mr.E.Raj Thilak, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor made a submission that the Authorities will consider the representation seeking leave submitted by the petitioner within a period of one week. 2. In view of the above submission, the respondents are directed to dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
