ORDER : Abdul Quddhose, J. [PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to sanction loan amount from my E.P.F. Account and the same has to transfer to loan account of State Bank of India, Sholavanthan Branch based on my representation dated 22.10.2021 within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.] It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent that subsequent to the filing of this Writ Petition, final orders have been passed on the petitioner's representation and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. A copy of the final order dated 28.12.2021, has also been given to the learned Counsel for the petitioner. 2. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the final order passed by the respondent in the manner known to the petitioner under law. There shall be no order as to costs.
