JUDGMENT : 1. Sri Shyam Singh, Advocate has filed his Vakalatnama on behalf of respondent No.6, whereas Sri Dharmendra Pratap Singh, Advocate has filed his Vakalatnama on behalf of respondent Nos.7 and 8, which are taken on record. 2. Heard Sri Dharmendra Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Anand Kumar Singh, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State/respondent Nos.1 to 5, Sri Shyam Singh, learned counsel for the respondent No.6 and Sri Dharmendra Pratap Singh, learned Counsel for the respondent Nos.7 and 8. 3. The subject matter of present P.I.L. relates to the removal of encroachment over a public road having recorded as Gata No.3244/0.1460 hectare situated in Village Sakraura Gramin (Gwarich), Tehsi Colongel Ganj, District Gonda. 4. For any relief in the nature of removal of encroachment by any unauthorized person, the petitioner has a remedy under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. In case any such proceeding is initiated by the petitioner, the same shall be considered and decided by the competent authority after putting all the aggrieved parties to notice. 5. At this stage, it is informed that several other persons have taken up proceedings for removal of unauthorized encroachment regarding the same subject matter. 6. In view of the above, we direct the competent authority to club all the proceedings, if so initiated and decide the same after putting all the aggrieved parties to notice. 7. With the aforesaid observations/directions, the writ petition is dismissed.
