ORDER Heard learned cousnel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State. 2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Lakhisarai Cyber P.S.Case No. 01 of 2023 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66/66 © (D) (F) of the I.T.Act. 3. The prosecution case in short is that one co-accused caught by the police, on Kiul Railway station, who disclosed about his gang and they were doing Cyber crime. At the instance of co-accused Pankaj Kumar other co-accused persons have been arrested and several mobile phones, sim cards and ATM cards were recovered from their possession. Petitioner is kingpin of the said crime. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner name has been surfaced on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Pankaj Kumar. The petitioner is in custody since 24.06.2023 having clean antecedent. 5. Learned APP opposes the prayer for bail 6. From perusal of the case diary, FIR and also perused the impugned order dated 08.11.2023 this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected. 7. However, the learned Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial of the petitioner within the period of one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and if it is not concluded within the aforesaid period, the petitioner may be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail before the Trial Court.
