JUDGMENT : VENUTHURUMALLI GOPALA KRISHNA RAO, J. 1. Sri K.A. Narashimham, learned counsel for the appellant represented that the present matter was settled out of the Court long back in between both the parties and he further represented that the appeal has become “infructuous.” 2. The representation made by the learned counsel for the appellant is recorded. 3. Accordingly, the Appeal Suit is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. 4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
