JUDGMENT : G.NARENDAR, J. Heard Sri Vivekananda Virupaksha, Learned Counsel for the Appellant/s and Sri G.V.S. Kishore Kumar, Learned G P (S-I) and Sri Venkatesh B. Reddy, Learned Counsel for VMR Legal representing the respondents. 2. The parties are referred to as per their nomenclature in the Writ Petition. 3. This Court has disposed of two Writ Appeals i.e., W.A.Nos.149 & 94 of 2024 arising out of the Common Order, wherein all the aspects of the Appeal have been considered independently and two separate orders have been passed. The facts and proposition of Law involved in these Writ Appeals are similar to the Writ Appeals, which were dismissed today. Except the places of working and postings, the remaining facts are identical, whereby the Appellants have spent long durations of more than a decade and half in a particular station/District. 4. In that view, we have already upheld the correctness and legality of the reasons assigned by the Learned Single Judge while dismissing the Writ Petitions and we have also assigned separate reasons in the Appeals while disposing them by detailed orders. The instant Appeals are squarely covered by our observations rendered while disposing of W.A.Nos.149 & 94 of 2024. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Appeals are dismissed of in terms of the Judgments delivered in W.A.Nos.149 & 94 of 2024. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
