ORDER A.V. Ravindra Babu, J. - The challenge in this Criminal Revision Case is to the judgment, dated 04.04.2009 in Criminal Appeal No.48 of 2008, on the file of VI Additional District & Sessions Judge (Fast Track Court), Markapur, Prakasam Division ('Additional Sessions Judge' for short), whereunder the Additional Sessions Judge dismissed the Criminal Appeal filed by the accused/appellant against the judgment, dated 13.05.2008 in Sessions Case No.223 of 2004, on the file of Assistant Sessions Judge, Markapur ('Assistant Sessions Judge' for short), but, modified the sentence of imprisonment imposed against the appellant from that of five years to two years by maintaining the fine imposed by the learned Assistant Sessions Judge.
