JUDGMENT : This writ petition is filed with following prayers: i. Issue a writ of certiorari call for the records leading to the appointment of respondents 2 to 10 as per Exhibit P7 and quash the same. ii. Issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to conduct recruitment process through RIAB as directed in Ext.P5 and make the appointment to the parties in a transparent fair and just manner. iii. Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other writ order or direction as this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper. iv. Award costs of the Writ Petition. (SIC) 2. The main prayer in this writ petition is against the alleged irregularity carried out by the 1st respondent company in carrying out the recruitment process. No interim order is passed in this case. The counsel for the 1st respondent submitted that the recruitment process is already over and the appointment is also made. If that be case, at this distance of time, this writ petition need not be entertained. The counsel for the petitioner takes me through the exhibits and submitted that, the 1st respondent manipulated things and preferred their favourites. It is also submitted that, there are several irregularities. It is also submitted that Ext.P7 selection list contains candidates who have crossed the age limit for considering the appointment. All these contentions are denied by the respondents in the counter. Now there is only oath against oath regarding the alleged manipulation in the selection process. I see no reason to interfere with the same. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed.
