JUDGMENT : (Alok Jain, J.) : 1. At the outset, without adverting to the merits of the case, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to avail his appropriate remedies in accordance with law. 2. In light of the above, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid. 3. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the liberty granted, if any, is only on the request of the counsel for the petitioner and is not a direction.
