(1) Present petition has been filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking bail pending trial in FIR No.198 dated 17.11.2021, under Sections 21, 25 and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station STF SAS Nagar (Mohali). (2) After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to accept the prayer, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition, at this stage. (3) Ordered accordingly. (4) Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed off.
