ORDER : 1. Heard Mr. M. Saikia, learned counsel for the applicant, who prays that the opposite party Nos. 8 & 9 may be impleaded as respondent Nos. 8 & 9 in the writ petition. 2. Mr. M. Chetia, learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 1, 4 & 5 and Mr. S. Dutta, learned counsel for the respondent No. 2 submit that they have got no objection to the prayer made by the applicant’s counsel. 3. Accordingly, the opposite party Nos. 8 & 9, i.e., the Chief Electrical Inspector -cum- Advisor, Assam Inspectorate of Electricity, 1st Floor, West end Block, Housefed Complex, Dispur, Guwahati-06 and Senior Electrical Inspector, Office of the Electrical Inspector, Govt. of Assam, Tezpur Zone, Manik Saikia Path, Sanar Mandir Road, Tezpur-784001 are impleaded as respondent Nos. 8 & 9. 4. The applicant to submit a corrected copy of the cause title to the Registry within five days. 5. I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
