JUDGMENT : VIJU ABRAHAM, J. 1. Petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3 application for grant of LE6 licence for display of fire works scheduled to be held on 10th and 11th of May, 2024. 2. The learned Government Pleader upon instructions submitted that Ext.P3 is received and pending, but the same has filed only on 5.4.2024 and it is under process and necessary orders will be passed without much delay, before the date fixed for public display of fire works. 3. Recording the same, the writ petition is closed.
