ORDER 1. On an oral mentioning being made by learned counsel for the respondent-State, the matter is taken on Board. 2. It is stated by learned State counsel that in compliance to the directions issued by this Court, a Special Investigation Team (SIT) was constituted and the investigation is going on. He submits that three months’ time granted to SIT to complete the further investigation is over today. Learned State counsel further submits that given three months’ more time, the further investigation shall be completed. 3. Having regard to the circumstances explained by the State counsel, para No.13 of the order dated 02.02.2024, passed in Crl.A.No.562/2024 @ SLP(Crl.)No.11685/2022, is modified to the extent that three months’ more time is granted to SIT to complete the investigation.
