ORDER : 1. Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed memo seeking to withdraw the writ petition. 2. The memo is taken on record, which reads as under: “That in view of the subsequent development as the Respondent No. 4 has passed an Order a rejecting Application for grant of License in Form CL-9 and CL-7 of the Petitioner and on the ground of fresh cause of action, the Petitioner has filed a separate W.P. No 23713/2024 (Excise). Hence, this Writ Petition was not survive for consideration and Petitioner seek leave of this Hon'ble Court to withdrawn the same. It may be dismissed as not pressed.” 3. In light of the memo filed, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
