JUDGMENT : MANISH KUMAR, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the present writ petition has been filed with the prayer to direct the Respondent No. 3 District Inspector of Schools, District- Unnao to proceed against the Respondent No. 4 i.e. the Manager of the Institution in pursuance of the notice dated 08.12.2023 issued by the Respondent No. 3 to the Respondent No. 4 for payment of arrears of salary of petitioner who was working on the post of lecturer Sanskrit from 1.7.2013 to 06.07.2023, within stipulated time as this Court may deem fit and proper. 3. After arguing at length, learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his prayer only to the extent that a direction may be given to the Respondent No. 3 to take decision on the petitioner's matter. 4. Learned Standing counsel has no objection to the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 5. In view of the above, without entering into merits of the case and with the consent of learned counsel for the parties, Respondent No. 3 i.e. District Inspector of School, District Unnao is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's matter in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date certified copy of this order is served. 6. With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
