JUDGMENT : 1. Learned counsel for the appellants is present through virtual hearing and represented that he addressed a letter to the appellants in the year 2011 itself and it was served, but the appellants did not turn up. He further represented that the appellants are not in touch with him and necessary orders may be passed. 2. The same is recorded. 3. Hence, this Appeal is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs. As sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Appeal shall stand closed.
