ORDER : (Nyapathy Vijay, J.) The present revision is filed against the order dated 07.02.2012 in I.A.No.39 of 2011 in A.S.No.137 of 2011 passed by the Additional District Judge, Kovvur. 2. In view of the order passed in CRP.No.4005 of 2012, no further orders are required to be passed in this revision and the civil revision petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions if any shall stand closed.
