ORDER : SUBBA REDDY SATTI, J. 1. Heard Sri Anguru Manohar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri T.Bheemanna, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-II appearing for respondents Nos.1 and 4. 2. The grievance of the petitioner is that respondent No.4 failed to review the suspension of the petitioner in terms of G.O.Ms.No.22 General Administration (SER-C) Department, Dated 29.02.2024 despite the suspension vide Proceedings No.7349/VC(4)/2023, dated 02.01.2024 under Ex.P.1, as illegal and arbitrary. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that suffice if a direction is given to review the suspension of the petitioner in terms of G.O.Ms.No.22, dated 29.02.2024. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader did not refute the case of the petitioner. 5. Given the facts and circumstances of the case and without touching the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of, with the consent of both the counsel, at the stage of admission, directing respondent No.4 to review the suspension of the petitioner vide Ex.P.1 (suspended on 02.01.2024) in terms of G.O.Ms.No.22, dated 29.02.2024 and pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
