ORDER : Nupur Bhati, J. 1. Since all these writ petitions share similar facts (except SBCWP No.5889/2024) and common questions of law, they have been heard together and are being decided vide this common order. 2. These writ petitions are disposed of in following terms as agreed and requested by the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Advocate General for the respondents. (i) The license holder operating under the order dated 13.03.2024 issued by the State Government through Finance (Excise Department), shall not be affected by the e-auction being conducted in pursuance of the notice dated 08.05.2024 and shall be free to operate their license till its expiry by efflux of time on 30.06.2024. (ii) Subject to the aforesaid direction, the respondents are at liberty to proceed with the e-auction. The pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of accordingly. SBCWP No.5889/2024:- 1. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the instant writ petition has wrongly been tagged alongwith the bunch of writ petitions, as the issue involved in this petition is entirely different. 2. The Registry is directed to detag the instant petition from the bunch of writ petitions.
