JUDGMENT : B. SYAMSUNDER, J. 1. The learned Counsel Mr. K. Naga Phanindra, represented on behalf of Mr. K. Rathanga Pani Reddy, learned Counsel for the appellants. 2. The learned Counsel for the appellants filed letter before the Registry, seeking permission to withdraw the appeal, on the ground that the appellants have advised him to withdraw the appeal. He also enclosed the letter issued by the Appellant No. 1, wherein it is stated that as they have amicably settled the issues with the respondents, they have decided to withdraw the Second appeal. 3. For the reasons stated by the learned Counsel for the appellants in the letter submitted to the Registry, he is permitted to withdraw the appeal. 4. The Second Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions if any, shall stand closed. Interim Stay if any granted, shall stand vacated.
