JUDGMENT : VENUTHURUMALLI GOPALA KRISHNA RAO, J. 1. As on the earlier two occasions i.e. on 27.12.2023 and 22.01.2024, there was no representation on behalf of the appellants, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption ‘for dismissal’. 2. Today, when the matter is listed under the caption ‘for dismissal’, learned counsel for the appellants fairly represented that the 1st appellant died at about two (2) years ago, and his Legal Representatives i.e. appellant Nos.2 and 3 who were already on record, are not in touch with him and therefore appropriate orders may be passed. The same is recorded. 3. As seen from the material on record, since the Legal Representatives of the deceased 1st appellant are already on record as appellant Nos.2 and 3 and they did not evince any interest to prosecute the appeal. 4. Hence, the appeal is dismissed for default. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
