ORDER : 1. In view of the undertaking, by way of their respective affidavits, given by the Office Bearers of Faizabad Bar Association in compliance with the order dated 02.09.2024 passed by this Court, let notice be issued to the respondents. 2. Mr. Siddhartha Iyer, AOR accepts notice on behalf of respondent nos.1, 5, 6, 10, 13, 14, 18, 19, 20, 21, 23, 28 and 30. 3. The other respondents, including the Elders Committee may be served through dasti notice, returnable on 23.09.2024. 4. The petitioner will serve the Elders Committee, as constituted by the High Court through paragraph nos.21 and 22 of its judgment dated 08.08.2024. 5. On the oral mentioning made by Mr. K. Parameshwar, learned senior counsel with Mr. Ravi Raghunath, AOR, the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad through its Registrar General is ordered to be impleaded as respondent no.40. The Registrar General of the High Court shall collect information from all the District and Sessions Judges in the State of Uttar Pradesh and furnish the details of the abstaining from work observed by their respective District Bar Associations at least during the year 2023-2024. 6. The parties will be heard on the next date of hearing to issue appropriate interim directions.
