From perusal of the material available on record, it is evident that the present writ petition is pending consideration for the last six years and in the writ petition, no specific relief has been sought against any specific authority. Petitioners have approached different forums for redressal of the grievance. On one hand petitioners have filed the present writ petition before this Court, on the other hand they have approached the D.C.L.R., Biharsharif for redressal of the grievance as is evident from Anenxure-P/8, during pendency of the present writ petition. 5. In the light of aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, I am of the considered opinion that the present writ petition is not maintainable as petitioners have already approached different forum for redressal of the same grievance during pendency of the present writ petition. Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable. 6. However, the dismissal of the writ petition would not be a hurdle for the petitioners to approach the concerned authority in the light of the order passed by the D.C.L.R., Biharsharif and the concerned authority is directed to take appropriate action within a reasonable period.
