ORDER : ASHOK S.KINAGI, J. 1. The petitioners filed this writ petition seeking for a mandamus directing respondent Nos.1 to 4 to consider the representation dated 24.07.2025 vide Annexure-A. 2. Brief facts leading rise to the filing of this writ petition are as follows: 3. The petitioners have submitted a representation to the respondents to comply with the orders passed by this court in WP No.12144/2022, wherein this court permitted the petitioners to file a separate representation to the respondent Nos. 1 to 4. The petitioners submitted a representation requesting the respondents to consider their legitimate grievance to grant the pensionary benefits. Despite, submitting the representation, respondents Nos.1 to 4 have not passed any order on the said representation vide Annexure-A. Hence, this writ petition. 4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Government Advocate for the respondents. 5. Learned Additional Government Advocate and learned counsel for respondent No.4 submits that if reasonable time is granted to the respondents, the respondents would consider the representations submitted by the petitioners and pass an appropriate order in terms of the order passed in WP No.12144 of 2022 disposed of on 24.04.2025. 6. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents, I proceed to pass the following order: ORDER i. The writ petition is allowed . ii. The respondents are directed to consider the representation in terms of order passed in W.P.No.12144/2022 dated 24.04.2025 vide Annexure-A and pass an appropriate order within 8 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. In view of the disposal of the main petition, Pending IAs, if any, do not survive for consideration and they are disposed of accordingly.
