ORDER : B. KRISHNA MOHAN, J. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents. 2. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader, relying upon the counter of the 5 th respondent, submits that the petitioner’s representation was received on 19.09.2020 along with Ad-interim injunction orders in I.A.No.1015 of 2016 in O.S.No.330 of 2016 on the file of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Punganur, Chittoor District. As per the instructions issued by the Commissioner and Inspector General of Registration and Stamps vide Memo No.G4/6003/2017, dated 31-07-2017, the properties covered in Ad-interim injunction orders are uploaded in electronic prohibitory register of Sub-Registrar Officer, Pungunur, to restrain the respondents from alienating the petition schedule properties to third parties. 4. As per the instructions issued by the Commissioner and Inspector General of Registration and Stamps vide Memo No.G4/6003/2017, dated 31-07-2017, the properties covered in Ad-interim injunction orders are uploaded in electronic prohibitory register of Sub-Registrar Officer, Pungunur, to restrain the respondents from alienating the petition schedule properties to third parties. 4. The petitioner recently approached the Joint Sub-Registrar, Punganur, requesting to block other properties which are not covered by the above said Ad-interim injunction orders. As per the Standing Order 219(b) of Registration Manual Part-II, the registration of the documents relating to the immovable properties cannot be stopped by the registering officer as requested by the persons unless orders are issued by the High Court/Civil Court. 5. The Standing Order No.219 (b) speaks as follows: “(b) if the Andhra Pradesh High Court or any other Civil Court restrain a person from alienating a property and if such orders are brought to the notice of the Registering Officers or served on the Registering Officer, the Registering Officers or served on the Registering Officer, the Registering Officer is stopped from going ahead with the Registration. “ As per G.O.M.S.No.620, REVENUE (REGISTRATION-I) DEPARTMENT, DATED 28.09.2002. 6. The above said fact was informed to the petitioner, when he approached the Joint Sub-Registrar, Punganur, before filing the Writ Petition. Though the case in O.S.No.330 of 2016 filed by the petitioner on the file of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Punganur, Chittoor District, is still pending, again the petitioner approached this Court by way of this Writ Petition. 7. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, the petitioner cannot pursue in parallel, both the suit proceedings and as well as the writ proceedings for the same relief on the same subject matter. In view of the pendency of the above said civil suit, this writ petition is not entertained. 8. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. Interim order, if any, deemed to have been vacated. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, Interlocutory Applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
