body2025
JUDGMENT P.V.BALAKRISHNAN, J. When the matter was taken up for consideration today, both sides submitted that connected matters relating to the same issues have been disposed of by this Court on 22.04.2025 as per the judgment in W.A.No.826 of 2025. Hence the learned counsel pray that the judgment in the very same lines may be passed in this case also. 2. In the light of the submissions made afore and considering the fact that similar matters have been disposed of by this Court on 22.04.2025 as per the judgment in W.A.No.826 of 2025, we are of the view that the appellants herein are also entitled the benefit of the very same judgment. Hence, for the very same reasons stated in the judgment in the afore Writ Appeal, this Writ Appeal is disposed of by setting aside the impugned order by leaving open the question of validity of Ext.P5 and Ext.P8 which is to be decided by the learned Single Judge, untrammeled by any observations contained in the judgment in W.A.No.826 of 2025.
