JUDGMENT : Battu Devanand, J. This Writ Appeal is filed against the order, dated 01.09.2025 in W.P.No.30928 of 2023 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court wherein considering the request of the learned counsel for the petitioners, directed to be posted the writ petition along with W.P.Nos.30879 and 30917 of 2022 after obtaining permission from the Hon’ble the Chief Justice. Aggrieved by the said order, the present writ appeal is filed. 2. Sri G. Siva Prasad Reddy, learned counsel for the appellant, would submit that he never requested the learned single Judge to post W.P.No.30928 of 2023 along with connected W.P.Nos.30879 and 30917 of 2022. But, the learned single Judge erroneously directed the Registry to post W.P.No.30928 of 2023 along with connected W.P.Nos.30879 and 30917 of 2022 after obtaining permission from the Hon’ble the Chief Justice. 3. During the course of hearing of this writ appeal today, the learned counsel for the appellant would submit that already after obtaining permission from the Hon’ble the Chief Justice, W.P.No.30928 of 2023 is listed before the concerned learned single Judge having roster along with connected matters, but it could not reached. 4. In the aforesaid circumstances, in our view, it is appropriate to dispose of this writ appeal with advice to the learned counsel for the appellant to make all submissions before the learned single Judge. The learned counsel for the appellant is at liberty to make his request before the concerned Bench having roster to take up writ petition for early hearing. 5. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
