Learned counsel for petitioners submitted that the subject matter involved in the present batch of writ petitions is similar to the subject matter in W.P.No.4475 of 2021 & batch, that by common order dated 06.10.2025, this Court allowed the writ petitions. Hence similar orders be passed in these batch of writ petitions. 35. For reasons alike, Writ Petitions are allowed “qua” the writ petitioners, “qua” the prayers, in terms of common order, dated 06.10.2025, in W.P.No.4475 of 2021 & batch.
