JUDGMENT : Tarlok Singh Chauhan, J. Executon Petition Nos. 1328 and 1329 of 2024 Notice. Mr. Raman Jamalta, learned counsel appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents. Execution Pet. No. 1328 of 2024 a/w Execution Petition Nos. 1329, 145, 111, 115, 116, 119, 120, 121, 124, 125, 126, 127, 136, 137, 142, 150, 151, 152, 153, 154, 155, 156, 157, 171, 228, 306, 307, 308, 327, 329, 330, 332 to 346, 449, 460, 461, 462, 477, 533 to 536, 541, 542, 543, 576 of 2024, COPC Nos. 232, 233, 234 of 2024, Execution Petition No. 179 of 2023. Learned counsel for the respondents have placed on record instructions dated 8.1.2025, which go on to indicate that the State has been trying to bail out respondents-corporation from time to time by providing grant-in-aid towards salary, subsidy and capital investment which otherwise has not been denied by the respondents themselves. 2. It is, therefore, for the respondents to ensure that the judgment(s) are complied with in letter and spirit and they cannot be permitted to take lame excuses for non- implementing the judgment(s) of this Court only on the grounds of financial constraints, more particularly, when the judgment(s) have attained finality. 3. In view of the above, the respondents are directed to comply with the judgment(s) in letter and spirit and report compliance on the next date of hearing. 4. All the petitions stand disposed of, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any. For compliance, to come up on 27.03.2025.
