Learned counsel for the respondents have placed on record instructions dated 8.1.2025, which go on to indicate that the State has been trying to bail out respondents-corporation from time to time by providing grant-in-aid towards salary, subsidy and capital investment which otherwise has not been denied by the respondents themselves. 2. It is, therefore, for the respondents to ensure that the judgment(s) are complied with in letter and spirit and they cannot be permitted to take lame excuses for non- implementing the judgment(s) of this Court only on the grounds of financial constraints, more particularly, when the judgment(s) have attained finality. 3. In view of the above, the respondents are directed to comply with the judgment(s) in letter and spirit and report compliance on the next date of hearing. 4.
