ORDER : B V L N Chakravarthi, J. The present writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief: “to issue a Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in issuing the impugned Memo No. B(1)/RWS and S/MRCs/2019, dated 05.09.2019, as illegal and arbitrary, and to call for the records and set aside the said impugned Memo No. B(1)/RWS and S/MRCs/2019, dated 05.09.2019, issued by the 2nd respondent, and consequently direct the respondents to continue the petitioners in the post of Mandal Resource Coordinators, and pass…” 2. Heard learned counsel for the writ petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj and Rural Development appearing for the respondents. 3. Both the learned counsel submit that the present writ petition is part of W.P. No. 12655 of 2020 and batch, which were disposed of by this Court on 28.10.2025. Therefore, this matter may also be disposed of in terms of the said order dated 28.10.2025 passed in W.P. No. 12655 of 2020 and batch. 4. Considering the submissions made on both sides, and on perusal of the order referred to above, and since the present case is similar and forms part of the batch matters already decided, the present Writ Petition is disposed of holding that the petitioners are entitled to continuation of their services for the reasons mentioned in the above order, and the impugned Memo dated 05.09.2019 is hereby set aside. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, interlocutory applications, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
