JUDGMENT : 1. Heard learned counsels for the parties. 2. The instant writ application has been preferred by the petitioners praying therein for a direction upon the respondent Authorities to immediately and forthwith remove the anomaly in Pay-Scale as well as Grade Pay with that of other Grade-IV employees who have been appointed along with the petitioners on different posts of Grade-IV in Jharkhand Jaguar (STF) Ranchi from Gumla District by virtue of Advertisement No. 3/08 with same basic qualification of Seventh Pass. 3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are posted as Rasoiyas and Jalwahaks under Inspector of Police, Jharkhand Jaguar (STF), Ranchi. She further contended that in spite of settled proposition, uniform Pay-Scale and Grade Pay has not been fixed at par with the other similarly situated employees, who are working similar to that of these petitioners. 4. Learned counsel further submits that the instant writ application may be disposed of by directing the concerned respondent to remove the anomaly in Pay-Scale as well as Grade Pay of these petitioners with that of the other Grade-IV employees, who have been appointed along with these petitioners. 5. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that since no counter-affidavit has been filed and similar order has been passed in respect of other similarly situated persons in W.P.(S) No. 2061 of 2023; as such, this application may also be disposed of on similar lines. 6. Having regard to the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the instant writ application is hereby disposed of by directing the 4th respondent to treat this writ application as representation and pass an appropriate order with regard to the claim of these petitioners made in the instant writ application by passing a reasoned and speaking order, especially, in the light of Annexure-4 issued by the respondent-Authorities, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It goes without saying that the petitioners shall serve the copy of this writ application to the 4th respondent for early disposal of their grievances. Further, after passing the reasoned order, consequential benefits shall also be extended to these petitioners within a further period of six weeks. 7. Accordingly, the instant writ application stands disposed of. Pending IAs, if any, also stands closed.
