ORDER : 1. The subject application has been filed seeking certain corrections in the order dated 15th April, 2025 in Civil Appeal No. 5347 of 2025: 2. The paragraph nos. 3(C) to (G) of the said order are modified/corrected and be read as under: “(C) The respondent/tenant shall hand over the vacant and peaceful possession of the demised premises to the appellant/landlord on or before 31st March, 2026. (D) The respondent shall furnish an undertaking(s) before this Court for vacating the premises on or before 31st March, 2026. The undertaking(s), in usual form, shall be filed by the respondent within three weeks from today. (E) The respondent, through his learned counsel present in the Court, has been made aware of the consequences of breach of such an undertaking(s). (F) The arrears of rent due and payable, if any, be positively cleared within three weeks from today. (G) Needless to add, till such time the respondent occupies the premises, he shall continue to pay occupational charges at the rate at which the rent was agreed to be paid.” 3. IA No. 106580/2025 is allowed. 4. Miscellaneous Application No.973/2025 stands disposed of.
