JUDGMENT : Dr. Milind Sathe, the learned counsel for the petitioner-Taleem Research Foundation (Writ Petition No.462 of 2022) tenders a copy of the order dated 20 th November 2025 in Interim Application (L) No.2444 of 2025 in Writ Petition No.462 of 2022 and apprises the Court that the aforesaid interim application was allowed and leave was granted to the petitioners to amend the petition. 2. Mr. Milind Sathe, the learned senior counsel refers to the decision rendered by this Court in Writ Petition No.586 of 2018 and states that the issue involved in this batch of writ petitions, except Writ Petition No.462 of 2022, is covered by this judgment. 3. Ms. Freshte Sethna, the learned counsel appearing for Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority, however, disputes this position. 4. The learned counsel appearing for the parties make a statement that no interim application is pending determination. 5. Pleadings are complete. 6. Stand over to 10 th December 2025 at 03:30 p.m. 7. The learned assisting counsel shall prepare a commoncompilation of relevant documents. 8. Writ Petition No.462 of 2022 be de-tagged from this group of petitions and to be listed on 19th December 2025.
