ORDER : 1. Heard learned counsel for the appellant. 2. The present appeal would call in question the order passed by the Monopolies and Restrictive Trade Practice Commission, New Delhi allowing the complaint preferred by the respondent No.1 ‘Ravi Shankar Pandey’, directing the appellant to pay a cost of Rs.25,000/-(Rupees twenty-five thousand) as compensation. 3. There is no interim order in this civil appeal, which is pending since 2008. 4. In view of the above, we dispose of the present civil appeal leaving the question of law open with further observation that the impugned order shall not be used as a precedent against the appellant. 5. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
