ORDER : Leave granted. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 3. On 03.06.2025, the matter has been adjourned on the representation made that on 04.06.2025, the matter was listed before the High Court since basically, the issue was not closed before the High Court with regard to whether the appellant, being the father, would have custody of the child for 50% of the vacation period and also for the weekends. 4. Today, learned counsel for the appellant has produced before us the order dated 04.06.2025 passed by the concerned Bench of the Madras High Court which indicates that time was taken on behalf of the respondent before the High Court and the matter is now, scheduled to be listed on 12.06.2025. 5. Having considered the matter, the present appeals stand disposed of reiterating the order dated 25.03.2025 passed by the High Court where the appellant was permitted to take the custody of the child from the residence of the respondent-mother at 10:00 a.m. on every Saturday and was to hand over the child back to the mother at 06:00 p.m. on the following Sunday. 6. The same be strictly followed till the time the High Court finally decides the issue pending before it. The same be complied with from tomorrow itself. 7. Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
