ORDER : V. SRISHANANDA, J. Sri Theju, advocate for Sri B.M.Siddappa, learned counsel for the revision petitioners is present. 2. A single revision petition came to be filed challenging the validity of the Order passed on I.A.Nos.1 to 8 with the following prayer: “Therefore, it is respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to set aside the order passed by the Senior Civil Judge and JMFC, Challakere, in O.S.No.11/2002 dated 20.04.2018 on I.A.1 to 8, and further be pleased to allow the top noted Civil Revision Petition, by allowing the I.A.No.1 to 8, in the interest of justice and equity.” 3. Further, petitioner Nos.5, 6 and 7 have attained majority and till today, there is no application filed seeking discharging of the guardian. 4. Likewise, petitioner No.9 who is not a party before the Trial Court has been impleaded as party petitioner before this Court without leave of the Court. Same is the case with petitioner Nos.5 to 8. 5. No application is filed along with the petition seeking leave of the Court to file Revision Petition insofar as petitioner Nos.5 to 9. Therefore, very petition itself is not maintainable. 6. Further, a single revision petition is not maintainable for obtaining the relief even though a common order came to be passed. 7. Accordingly, Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed.
