ORDER : 1. This Transfer Petition has been filed by the petitioner-wife seeking transfer of Matrimonial Case (Civil) No. 49 of 2024, titled as “Dinesh Kumar Singh Versus Supriya Manoj Yadav” pending before the Senior Civil Judge, Sundargarh, Odisha to the Family Court at Vasai, District Palghar, Maharashtra. 2. On 03.12.2024, this Court had issued notice and granted stay of proceedings pending before the Court at Sundargarh, Odisha. 3. Office report dated 25.06.2025 indicates that the sole respondent has been served. However, there is no representation on behalf of the respondent. 4. We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials on record. We are satisfied that a case for transfer is made out. 5. Accordingly, we direct transfer of Matrimonial Case (Civil) No. 49 of 2024, titled as “Dinesh Kumar Singh Versus Supriya Manoj Yadav” pending before the Senior Civil Judge, Sundargarh, Odisha to the Family Court at Vasai, District Palghar, Maharashtra. 6. Original records of the Matrimonial Case (Civil) No. 49 of 2024 be transmitted from the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Sundargarh, Odisha to the Family Court at Vasai, District Palghar, Maharashtra forthwith. 7. Transfer Petition is accordingly allowed. 8. Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
